eevilyounggirl and I are early into playing through the new Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 for the Wii.

Pretty good! Changes from the first title took a little getting used to, but I'm diggin' it. No Moon Knight, but it looks like Iron Fist (my rebound date) becomes playable at some point.

And Blade can vampire bite people for health. That's actually probably my favorite part.

My Inquiry Discombobulates Internets

MIDI Chain Question:

I have a Virus TI Desktop, MIDI keyboard controller and a soundcard (Cubase) and I'm avoiding the whole USB/VST interface jankity jank on the Virus.

I'm trying to be able to send midi data to from the Virus to Cubase, from cubase to the controller, and then from the controller to the Virus. Basically, I want to be able to "play" the Virus with the keyboard and have Cubase record that midi data, along with any knob twiddling I do on the Virus.

I tried "Cubase out>in keyboard controller out>in Virus out>in back to Cubase". I was able to play the Virus with the keyboard, but Cubase wasn't recording any notes played on the keyboard, only knob stuff from the Virus.

Is there anyway this can be accomplished with straight MIDI?
